I choose to be happy today and be thankful for all blessings.

I choose to experience God's love and understanding in everything that I do.

I choose to be me, and  I accept me as I am; for I am loved.

I choose to forgive those that do not understand me; or see me as a child of God.

I choose to see God's love and wisdom in all aspects of my life.

Emotions

Emotions are showing the way we feel in certain situations. With love its a happy and fullfilling feeling. With sadness or fear it is an overwhelming of not finding peace with oneself. Just remember love conquers all and we are not alone the angels are around us to guide us to God's light and love. He will never leave us he is always in the midst of whatever situation or emotions we are currently feeling now.
