I listen to the beat of my heart, I am one with my spirit. There is peace and and stillness all around me. My spirit listens to the language of love and forgiveness. I am at one with my spirit, as I listen to my father's gentle voice guiding me throughout the day. No matter what I encounter today, I will be intuned with my spirit. I am free and blessed.
